SHIVAN GOVENDER
CHEF
Shivan brings over 16 years of professional culinary experience, having worked in leading restaurants and hotels across South Africa and the United States.
Now part of Compass Group in Australia, he is passionate about creating high-quality meals and contributing to the welcoming, community-focused environment at Mandelbaum House.
Shivan has also had the honour of cooking for both former and current Presidents of South Africa. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time riding bikes with his two daughters.
