LIFE LONG FRIENDS
Mandelbaum House has been home to hundreds of students from all over Australia and the world since we opened in March 1996. We invite former residents to keep in contact with us and to participate in the life and expansion of the college. The Alumni Association was established in 2009 to help with this.
Every Friday, Mandelbaum has a BBQ lunch for residents, and alumni are invited to attend at no charge. This is a great way for current and former residents to meet and mingle.
In 2016, a Comedy Trivia evening was held at Mandelbaum for alumni and current residents. An article by alumna Jamie Freed can be found here.
A welcoming and warm place immersed in cultural diversity,
great memories and friends for life!

It is wonderful to have a spacious and fully furnished bedroom
to which I can retreat to after a busy day of classes!
I love that I always have a healthy option
at every meal that is also delicious!
When you go to uni with 60,000 people,
it’s nice to come back to a family of 40 at the end of the day.
Mandelbaum House has been the most diverse,
welcoming, active society I have ever been involved in.
